Hi all,
First of all I would like to thank you for the purchase of our Pro version. I suppose you did as you got interested in this thread.
I enable Pro forums manually and I need the following information from you:
#1. Your Real Name
#2. Your Forums Username
#3. Your Transaction ID
Please email all information to sgooffin[at]esyndicat.com and I will enable our Pro area for you ASAP.
Pro forums area consists of the following threads:
#1. Pro Admin Panel
#2. User Front-End
#3. Version Mods
So if you see these forums that means you already have access to our Pro forums area.

Greg, I kinda thought the instruction by Simon of "Please email all information to sgooffin[at]esyndicat.com and I will enable our Pro area for you ASAP" would result in people emailing him. It apears that some peeps just will not RTFM lol ;)

Hi I tried to contact you several times. Every time I get my email back as your email seems to be invalid. Please make sure it's ok.
I have just enabled our Pro forums area for you. Sam123 has access to our Pro area too.

I'm sorry for the delay braniacbrain. I have enabled our Pro forums area for you.
If you lost your transaction ID it will take some more time to grant access. I will have to contact my sales department to check if you are paid person or not. Actually it's not a big problem but it's better to send it. I already enabled area for you,Vinicius.

i know other team members are awsome too but support forum is very active. other users always help each other

Not quite. I just tried to access http://www.esyndicat.com/forum/about5965.html and was greeted with the "you dont have access" message.

I have bought the pro version a long time ago and ddn't even know about the pro forum area. Please give me access :)

I too am a awaiting access - 2 email requests sent to simon ??
I have a few probs and have found possible solutions but obviously the solutions are in the Pro Forums - and I can not view them.
why when a user has purchased the Pro Version and is granted access to the downloads they are not given access to the Pro Forums automatically?
- it is very frustrating after waiting for the download after purchasing the software in the first place to wait again for access to the Pro Forums and I am sure that most purchasers would agree - because all we want to do is get this great script up and running a.s.a.p
Could the procedure be looked at for future purchasers maybe??
Or at least an email auto responder to acknowledge that a request has been recieved for upgrade to the Pro Forums?

Hi Yusryh just to let u know that the guys on tech support take the weekend off their offices operates at a different time zone GMT + 6 i believe so u probably emailed them after they closed. I am sure they will give u access as soon as they are back.
