unable to connect to database.

Hi guys,

I opened an account with zoom as recommended, but when I am trying to connect to the database on intal I am getting this error.

Executing SQL structure...Could not select database <db details removed: Access denied for user user removed@'localhost' to database db removed <I removed the details for security

I know this is the hosting company of choice for Esyndicat, so can anyone shed some light on what I am doing wrong?

they use the structure of wwwname_database' but is there a prefix or anything for the password?

I will be installing this multiple times on this server so really need to know what I am doing wrong, rather than ask you to install it for me :)

I failed to grant the right privilidges to the user after creating the db & user. All done now.

yes, you can not install the script if you do not grant correct privileges to your database username
