error messages after install and pressing Continue button

I'm just having no luck with this. Error messages galore when I try and continue with the installation form.... what the heck do they all mean and what have I done or not done so I can move past this ?

If i'm not having any luck with this on my server, then I have no idea how I'm going to get it to work on the clients' server :\
