image of website only appeared once?

I'm using the demo. I like this program so far.. How come the Alexa image doesn't show up? They were enabled in my admin panel.

Because Alexa may not have an image of this site yet:

You can go to this link:

and click "Update Thumbnail Image"

It takes a while for Alexa to spyder all new sites and store images if it was not requested by somebody.

When i tried that it kept giving me errors...gave up in the end. Taken them off :(
