PHP in Category Description

Was wondering if it is possible to insert php code in the Category Descritpion area. I know we can put html there, but php? Do I need the Smiles code stuff (or whatever its called) to do it?

Essentially, I want to insert an RSS feed with some Carp or Magpie php code inserted there if it is possible.

Unfortunately it's impossible to insert php code in the category description area. You can order custom mod to achieve your needs.

I was needing some help adding rss news feeds. I inserted a java script news feed but would totally rather use php feed for seo. I tried using information from a prior post "adding php to .tpl" by using {php} & {/php}but to no avail. Any suggestions?
