About the alexa.com picture of the link

This is my questions:

1) What happen with the pictures of the links
that doesn´t have Alexa picture?
It shows the legend "PICTURE COMING SOON" how many days I should wait for the appear of the Thumb?

2) And it is possible to put a link in the same picture, I mean for having the option to click in the picture and open the webpage right from there ?

I believe the thumbnail is controled thru Alexa.
If a page isn't ranked (don't know the technical term) Alexa won't supply a thumbnail. Sure someone else can explain that better.

The thumbs are imported directly from Alexa. You can either wait around until they index your site (which may take forever) or just go to http://www.alexa.com/data/details/contact_info? and enter your site URL. The thumb will be updated within 48 hours after doing so.
