Updating gone wrong? What can I do?

Does anyone know what my problem may be? http://www.ehealthdirectory.org/

All I did was upload the new files and now it's not working? I have checked the mod settings (777 etc) and they are all correct. Have I lost three weeks work?

(Nick Collins contacted me offering to fix it but I haven't had a reply for a few days?)

Hi,
I suppose you did not read instructions carefully and overwrote your config file. If you could email me your ftp credentials I would try to fix the problem. Nick is overloaded with work and tries to solve problems consequently
