Can It be fixed? Updating has gone wrong!?

Does anyone know what my problem may be? http://www.ehealthdirectory.org/

All I did was upload the new files and now it's not working? I have checked the mod settings (777 etc) and they are all correct. Have I lost three weeks work?

I can say for sure that you have problem with connection to your database. Make sure that you hadn’t rewrite includes/config.inc.php. Let me know if yes, and I will restore it for you.
