too many connections error-Help :-D

My site: http://www.trutrade.net is getting the below error:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in /home/crossweb/public_html/classes/DirDb.php on line 31
Could not connect: Too many connectionsCould not connect: Too many connections

What could this be?

Please ask your hosting company to increase a number of simultaneous connections to your mysql server.

I'm glad to advise :) One day this happened with our server and we turned for help to our hosting company and now everything is fine
