I have ordered the script nearly 7 hours ago -- yet still no pro version script! Where the heck is it? It still says in my download section I cannot download the pro version -- yet you have so conveniently taken out my payment from my credit card. In a day and age where downloads should be provided with a link right after purchase -- why don't I have my script yet? And where is this LIVE customer support? This is very frustrating and isn't right. You pay $150 and you should get the script right away versus waiting.

Geez Keep your hair on mate :tik:
When i purchase my Pro Version i downloaded immediately, didn't have to wait. Maybe you need to refresh your cache?
I know you have spent out a fair bit of dosh, but you wont find better support anywhere like you do here, so please be patient  , they are very helpful.
If your not getting a response then it maybe because the Guys are busy getting the New Pro ready for its launch 1st May, either that or they are getting some well earnt  :good:

I am going to cancel this order... I think it has to do with 2checkout. I hate 2 checkout... should have used paypal but didn't see the option below in such tiny print.
@ Loren :applause:
To others:
After Simon completes the "New ProVersion" update, Things will get back to normal. AND There is going to be some major changes on the attitide of some folks around here.
Yes, I used PayPal earlier in the day and it allowed me to download it right away without a hitch. That was the easy part ;)

So it's eSyndiCat fault you can't read.
I hate 2 checkout. So why did you click the button?
The PayPal option is right below the "BUY NOW via 2CO!" option.
"If you have problems with credit card payments, click here to pay via PayPal."
Day
So you did get the download?

2checkout is blaming e-syndicate for not informing me of a problem because, apparently, they (2checkout) cancelled the sale because my IP is from Russia, whereas my home address is from Las Vegas. Yet NOBODY from 2 checkout bothered to send me an email nor inform me about cancelling the order. I sent in a help desk ticket and they stated e-syndicate is suppose to send me an email to inform me that the order got cancelled, not 2checkout.
And Greg -- the point is I didn't get my software, so it shouldn't matter which merchant I used. Waiting 12 hours after an order is placed and not knowing what is going on is enough to make you think, "Uh ohhh!! What did I get myself into?" I have bought many scripts in the past where customer service was so lousy AFTER you make the purchase, that it made me question the kind of support to expect here.

Hi Mitch,
I wasn't thrilled about the wait either, but having run an online business back a few years ago, I can understand why they want to verify that all is in order before granting access to the download. There is just a ton of fraud out here on the web. I got burned a few times before I learned my lesson.
Everyone is kind of on edge here lately with the deadline approaching for the release of 1.2, but I think once you get the script and get familiar with it, and see the fast help you'll get here in the forums, you will be happy with your purchase.
Welcome aboard.

Deadline approaching for v1.2? I didn't even know they had a newer version coming out. :tik: I thought the latest version just came out recently.
But yes, I agree... I understand the probs with fraud, not to mention charge backs can kill you. I have been doing online business for over 10 years now and it's not fun.
In all honesty, my being upset came about because I was anxious to get going on this script. It's like being a kid on the night before x-mas -- you just sit there and watch the time go by, just waiting to rip open the gifts. But I have been fooling around with the free version to pass the time... and I like what I see. :)

Yep, 1.2 is due out Sunday I think. It fixes some bugs and adds a lot of user-requested features that will make it even better.
And yeah, I know the kid-in-a-candy-store feeling. I was all over the free version until I could get the Pro version. :D
Hi Greg,
Yes, I did get it thanks (the clue was in the part where I said "it allowed me to download it right away" :) )
Despite my mutterings in another thread, I was finally able to get it up and running too! Hurrah!
I take it Nick and Simon are the principal developers?
Cheers,

Yes in regards to Simon and Nick. Sorry we got off to a bad start. :)
Glad you got the download. I understand the frustration.
I think you'll find once this update is done (May 1) you'll be happy with the support you receive.
Enjoy the weekend. :)
Hi Greg,
Thanks. A bad start? I never noticed :) All par for the course :)
Yes, I like the look of the script. It seems very clean and fast; and I look forward to using it and even looking in to the backend a little more.
Cheers,
Day
My mistake, Thought you were "blaze2u" :wallbash: in regards to "A bad start".

I am curious -- does it always take this long to receive the product after a purchase has been made? Or is this just me?
We're going over 28 hours now since I made the purchase and they haven't even contacted me yet about it. 2Checkout sent them 2 emails already too -- yet they haven't responded once. I realize they have a deadline for this new script -- but in my opinion, when someone makes a purchase, you should at least notify them and explain to them what is going on. That is NOT a lot to ask for... at least I don't think so. At least they could have sent out an automated email explaining that there would be a delay due to the new script coming out on Sunday. I never would have even known anything at all about the new script if weren't for you people on the forums... so for that, I am grateful.

I'm sorry for the delay. Welcome to our support forums. Pro area has been enabled for you.
just to clarify the delay - 2checkout cancelled the purchased due to IP address. That's why there was a delay with enabling Pro area for you.
