Yes, both versions have categories, and even subcategories. The features like Editors, sponsored links, and partner links are exclusive to the Pro version.

well, we will improve our link fields section, there will be possibility to create crossed links (not categories), improved broken, duplicated links section.
Alpha version of banner system ;) and some other features.. + bugfixes of course
