upgrade and downgrade

Two completely different questions, but I thought words upgrades and downgrades are too related :)

1. is it possible and easy to go the downgrade path, ie. from PRO version back to free version?

2. what's the policy on upgrades, if I buy the PRO version, for how long will it be good, will there be any upgrade fees in the future?

I'm sure there is no need for Pro customers to downgrade.. because Pro version is the future ;) It will have much more features, now there is no marked difference, but it will be..
paid once there is no need to pay anymore.. :) that's our policy. if you buy Pro version you get lifetime free upgrades of our software.

Simon, what for do you think I'm saving money for now :).

The downgrade path is, for example, if I will transfer the site to someone else who doesn't have the license, nor desire to pay for one. That's why I'm asking.

well, I do not think it will be too difficult to downgrade.. Anyway, all you should transfer is links and categories table. They do not differ too much
