Well, there are many different FTP managers. Let's share our experience of using them and recommend each other FTP managers we use. So I will start.
I use Total Commander v6.53. I like it very much, I'm pretty sure it is not the best FTP manager but it is convenient for working with files. It's quite slow fot FTP manager. But there are many extensions for it. I do not remember when I used Explorer or my desctop last time. Anyway, I like it very much :)
