I mean where are the people of the project?
I am STILL waiting for an upgrade that I have pay for to be completed... That I have pay before 9 months...
I have send them over 15 email...
One of the 2 site upgrades was with many problems but it was been solved...
The other one leave me (4 days ago) with a site in the middle of the upgrade ( www.LinkZ.gr ) The site was over 4000 links... but most of them are with out category...
I have send every day an email to the esyndicat team but still no answer...
I hope someone see the forum and reply to me at last...
Don't they have a phone number? An instant messager to talk to?
The live help that they have it never works.
9 months for an upgrade?
Someone in there to talk to?

My support ticket is #BDX-904213
A really old one...
I can provide you all the emails...
The last message is this (a part of it)
I have migrated files to new server, but unfortunately can not migrate
database without loosing data in correct incoding.
Is there someone that I can talk online to make the upgrade together to finish it at last?
If not then I will consider other solutions...

Why no one provides me a phone number or an instant messager, so we make the update quickly?
After 9 full months don't I have the right to get what I have pay for?

Laza, if you don't have this worked out yet, I'd recommend hitting up the chat on the home page. It's usually live at about 8pm Pacific Time (California, USA) Monday through Friday. I've solved many problems using the chat. Best of luck to you...

lazaros, we don't provide Phone support.Instead you can contact us using Live Help. our technical office is located in +5 timezone so just take that into account and I'm sure you will find some online operator

My problem is with esyndicat,
I do not see a current upgraded demo...
esydicat demo site is still using 2.2.03...
And when we upgrade our sites we end up with so many proplems and there is no way to comfirm those bugs or problems...
They have to upgrade their demo site that we can see a working site with the new version

I believe you mean "Encoding". From the jest of it your problem does not sound like it is script related but rather something to do with the new server you are on, something your new host could probably solve.
In any event could you please try posting the exact nature of your problem in this forum, not only so you can get some help with it in a hurry but also so the rest of us can be aware of the kind of issue you ran into with a particular host or a particular server configuration.
