Hi,

first I'd like to thank you for your support and your great directory software, eSydiCat team.

But I don't understand why you guys try to manage all the information concerning eSyndiCat in a forum. It's (sorry...) a pain in the ass to collect information that might be relevant for you in a forum. And it's a lot more work for you, guys, because you have to answer lots of posts that wouldn't exist with a proper knowlegde management system (a wiki or whatever you prefer). Posts that refer to the same problem, general questions etc.

The problem is that there are lots of related posts spread somewhere in the forum that could be answered in a single article that is kept up to date(!). A post in the forum from 2007 might still be correct or it's not anymore, you as a user simply don't know.

Please, use the forum to help customers who have special problems.
But please, install a wiki (or something else) that collects, concentrates these results in a proper, organised way and is kept up to date. You could easily motivate us customers to help - they have a good experience by now and delevoped their own tricks...

thanks for your suggestion :) We used to have WIKI for esyndicat and no results :(( It's possible knowledgebase will be a good way to go. Unfortunately I personally don't have enough time to manage this myself and the guys are also overloaded with work. Besides, we have some problems with English and you might have noticed that %)

If you have any topics that would be useful I will gladly publish them. Besides, we would gladly offer some kind of compensation for useful knowledgebase articles
