help !!

My company is wanting to develop a map system for the USA where the user can see a map click on a state and it open up to category wanted and then they pick their city.

Can this be done? If so is there a script available to your knowledge? Or is there an inclusion php that can be written?

Any suggestions would greatly appreciated.

My guys had made a flash map that did it and we had it incorporated until we found your program. We think it could open the doors for us and the software to become more user friendly and unique.

Also, Is there away to change the way a partner link logo appears we have our own seal we would like to use for this or a partner program?

Again your support and insight is greatly appreciated.
