Greg it should appear when you click customer area link. If you click it again it disappears. Login box is hidden by default and instead you should see live help button
About copy on our pages - no changes yet. Only design changes to make our pages more readable

Simon - I like it. One small suggestion. Right now you have the "View Demo" and "Buy Now" boxes in red while the "Download Free" one is in green.
I know this may sound dumb... but because you mix the color combinations of a street signal... people may become less likely to click on the red boxes - since red subconsciously means stop. Little things like that can definitely influence people.
I'd imagine you want to make the "Buy Now" box as inviting for people as possible!!! :)
Just something to consider.

That's is a really good catch.., but I think sometimes people do this trick red and green they direct you to the free option first (They know that their product is excellant quility and they know that if people try this free version they will definitly buy the pro version) then they will highly sell the pro version...

I totally see your point. And agree that anyone who tried the free version will end up buying the Pro version! :good:

Thanks for the suggestions :) At first I really had green buy now button. But then I decided to change it by the following reason.. Let's try to trace a prospect path...
I'm interested in a directory software... found esyndicat in google. 'hmm, looks quite professional, let's see what these guys can offer to me.. ohh they even have free version and it's right here to download, no need to register.. I will take a look at it.. But at first I would like to see the demo not to waste my time.. ok, demo is fine.. what features do they offer? rather good set of features.. I def should download the script to test.. '
I suppose in this case we can rule our visitors to download the free and once they understand how cool we are (and modest of course :))) )they will get back a get a license if they need something more powerful than our free version

Hi DomainEngineer
Pro forums are available for the paid customers only. I think you should install something like a xampp on your PC and you will be able to install our software without any problems. But I would recommend to purchase a hosting and we would perform free installation for you.
