I've had no problems getting answers to my questions about the layout of esc, and some functionality questions.

But the 2 major issues I have regarding submission of links, and 1 regarding the editing of links, are just not being answered. Surely this being directory software, means submission, and editing of links is key right?

Maybe these problems can't be fixed, maybe your team are working on these issues, maybe these things are set for the next release, etc.

I don't know the answer, but IMO, it would be respectful if someone from ESC could have let me know what is going on with these issues, cause right now I don't know if these issues will be fixed tommorow or next year!

I am fed up! If there's no answer, then I shall go elsewhere.

We have replied to your posts. The main issue is that you need to apply patch 2.2.02.

Please let us know whether you still have problems.

Hi Tilek,

I have already applied patch 2.2.02, and I'm afraid your answer to one of the posts does not work. The other 2 posts still await a proper response.

Hi,

I suppose you opened suggest-listing.tpl. Please edit suggest-listing.php. It is in the root of the directory site.

Ok, that's the first thread partially fixed - please see my response in that thread.

What's the status with the other 2 threads please?

If I can't be done, or fixed, or whatever, just tell me. I would rather be told straight!

I will pm you access codes for my site now, and you can check the problems for yourself.

Hi Tilek,

As I have another license for ESC, i went to the effort of installing a fresh copy of 2.2.02 on another site, just to be sure I hadn't accidentally screwed anything up on the first site. I'm afraid the problems in the posts listed above still persist.

If you need clarification on the problems, just ask, as I am happy to explain further if required.
