Whats the deal

I ordered My hosting two days ago and I have yet to get the login info I have left 4 support tickets still no response.

If this is what its like trying to get you login info whats it like when you need support when you have a hosting problem.


Could someone that deals with the hosting please help me out as this is now becoming a joke

George I am not sure if their hosting has support during weekend if it is same support team as the script unfortunately esyndicat support is closed during weekends. Hopefully the guys will get back 2 you tomorrow when they are all back at work.

Thanks majnoon I hope thats the case if so they should advertise that on the support section
