Need advice on how to improve affiliate program

Hi,
I'm Stephen. I have started an affiliate program. I want to recruit more affiliates.I need your valuable suggestion in making my affiliate program a profitable one.Below this I have given my affiliate program details.

* Commission : 20% on all our packages to individual icons
* Cookie Duration : Lifetime
* Benefits : Join our single program and earn commissions for selling products from our other 3 websites.
* Promotion Tools offered : Cool Banners, Text Links, Reprint Articles and more.
* Performance Incentives : As high as 40% per sale
* Bonuses, Promotions, Coupons : TBA


We also have schemes in place for awarding well-performing super affiliates with special incentives and higher commissions.

I want you guys to help me more to improve my program apart form the strategies that I'm using so far.

Hi, Stephen, congrats on a top quality website!! Your product looks great, and the site is awesome.

Just a thought, but your packages are very niche - the people buying would be in the design team.

As well as looking for someone to promote you from finding your affiliate page, I would be looking for site owners in your market space that have good traffic that you could add a link to/approach with an offer.

If someone has great traffic with your target audience, be it a blogger or in a forum etc write them an email and offer them an affiliate link ad to your site, which is high class on its own, and in turn your product gets placed in front of your target audience, or the site owner can push out a message to their list. Time spent creating these types of affiliates will be worthwhile, as they already have the traffic to send and it could mean an extra low-impact high value addition to their site.

Hi Stephen, do a google search for 'affiliate directories' and get yourself listed there. I don't think I can post links to them on here so pm me for a list. I paid a company that submitted my own affiliate site a little while ago and they gave me a list to confirm the work they had done.
