Hi,

I have Pro version but no access to support forums.

Posted a problem here (http://www.esyndicat.com/forum/newpostinthread12527.html) a week ago with no response.

The support for this software seems to have really gone downhill from what I remember before. Even though I paid to get the directory installed before, it was nice to at least actually get a response from you guys.

The support really was like sh*t during last few weeks :( Sorry for that.

I have not got any email from you with the request to enable Pro forums area for you. I just found this thread and checked your privileges. Now you already have access to the pro forums area. I'm sorry again for the delay

I have purchased the pro version a few days ago. I have not received a link that will allow me to to download the software. I have sent several emails. I have posted several notes on the heldesk forum. I am very disapointed so far. What is going on.

aslem once your funds clear you just go to http://www.esyndicat.com/downloads/ and login.

sometimes there is a delay for the funds to clear as 2checout seem to take time to release funds to avoid fraud.

if your funds cleared you should be able to download your software from there. the above link
