So i thought id pop on to the forum today to see whats going on before i order but ive found lots of posts where people are complaining about a lack of support with the reason given that the script writers are working on a new version. :poisk:
I dont really think that is a very good response at the best of times as customer support, especially for a product the customer has paid for should be a major priority for anyone. %)
So with that said as i will want to take up the offer of free installation is it worth hanging on until this 'new version' is released so i dont have to wait weeks for installation and any support issues that arise?
Many thanks in advance.
Also keep in mind that if you are planning to purchase unlimited license - price will go up a $100 when new version is officially released.
As long as you can create the database from your hosting admin panel - installation of current version (2.1.03) should be very easy to do yourself.

I would certainly like to think that i should be able to install this myself but the offer of free installation is too good to pass up, mainly because they know what they are doing and it is their script so if any errors popup then they can sort them straight away. Not interested in the unlimited license so thats not important but these posts are concerning :(

What is the unlimited license for? I paid $49.00. is that for the unlimited license?
$49 is a single domain license, $89 is a two domains, $149 is unlimited domains and it will go up to $249
This forum seems to be dead, They don't even have a database dump for cities and states?
Are you serious, nor is anyone willing to share their cities and states with me.
I'd probably look elsewhere, not to mention them not stating they can't do SE friendly URL's on a windows server.
I've got to think there is a better option out there!

first of all brad populating YOUR directory with links OR categories is not that someone else obligated to do except yourself.
