Trouble getting directory working

I have followed the installation questions, however alot of the pages don't exist when I click on links. For example, I have created a category in the admin panel, but when I click on the category from the directory homepage, it does not exist.

Other pages that do not exist:
new-listings.html
top-listings.html
popular-listings.html

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate! Thanks!

Have you tried checking your configuration, did you enter the correct URL, did you put the slash after the root domain?
