How long does it take?

I was just curious, How long does an installation support ticket usually take for a pro account?

I have been trying to get this working for several hours by myself and I finally decided to get some assistance.

I'm just wondering 10 minutes or two days?

After I installed it I got a very generic error

"Error occured. Please see the logs or report an error to the administrator"

I also couldn't get the script to report errors? I fixed every permission I could?

I think it will take longer then usually...because now all the team is working over new version of the script...so I hope they will help you in few days...

I have finally fixed the problem. They should autofill the root directory upon building the config file.

I wasn't trying to be rude. I was just saying the error reporting could use some work.
