W3C markup validation of my site

Hi to all, I've a question: which files have I to modify to correct my code following W3C instruction? Yesterday I wanted to check the code of my index and this is the result (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fmrlink.it%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0).

Try to validate my site and you will see that it's easy to do by yourself, script can't be w3c unvalidable, the problem is in the template. Template on my site is Green Leaves but very deep modified=) Good luck.
