Adding Description to the Category/subcategory page

Is it possible to adding Description to the Category / subdirectory page.

This will help to write something more about that category /subcategory more and for more textual content in that category.

That's for the root (index page) but the same is true for all categories - whether main or subs. Just click on that icon where you want to add the category description.
