How do I change to your hosting?

I'm currently using Imaginet, http://www.imaginet.co.za and would like to know if you could help me cancel my account with them and transfer to your budget hosting plan without any downtime or a double charge?

You may need to start in the middle of August.
If the support staff get busy and if they can not handle your reuqest in time you will be in trouble.

Plan for the move ahead and get it taken care before you other account expire.

You meant keep email like email@yourdomain.com ? All of your details remain as they are. You should just change DNS to your domain.
