Hi all,

Well... I have to sorry for the release delay. We are still sorting out the bug found during our preliminary internal tests.

We need more time and I can not exactly say when our 2.2 version will be released. But I can assure you it's worth waiting

Thanks for your patience. We do try to make it the best

Bug free version is the best - Delay in Software release is very common.

Eagerly awaiting...

A bug free script is more important and hope to see an awesome product from the eSyndicat Team

I was thinking of trying it again as you can see from my post (http://www.directoryblog.h-log.com/eyndicat-directory-07-27/) , but i see you got issues with those try to give you guys second chances. But anyways you are not simon, so unless simon says "get lost" you should be careful what you say. Shows -vely on eSyndicate.

Screw you. You've ignored Simon's request to remove the script from your site.
Post again and I'll delete your posts. Take it up with Simon if you have a problem with me. :batz:

hey hey.. arguing within an announcement thread isnt going to look good on either of you, whether its relivant to it or not.

As for the delayed release of 2.2, of course its a shame, but best of luck to the designers/ coders & of course simon on fixing it and getting a stable relase ready :D
A quick question, i saw in the features list about intergration with Vbulletin, just so i know, has this been implimented? otherwise ive got some extra things to work on before the release, which will hopefully create some form of mini intergration between them both.

Thanks

""""of course its a shame"""""

No, it is not shame, if you ever program, you know that it is very common.

Be respectble!

ok, maybe it was the wrong word to use there, and yeah i know that its very common, and too an extent a good thing, as it means we know it will be a stable strong version when it is finally released. Sorry if i upset, caused u any problem there, i was just stating my opinion, and asking a quiuck question.

TurXaliM

Bridge for eSyndicate?
I don't understand now.
You speak from eSyndicate Directory Script or PORTAL Script? And Bridge for vB is ready?
I don't understand, how make a bridge from eSyndicate Directory to vB and why?

he means a bridge between vB and eSyndicat. But what a bridge is exactly is what im confused on.

In this case probably just means that a user can loginto both vb and esyndicat with the same username and password.

I appreciate the need to get this release right. I'm sure no-one (including esyndicat) wants a repeat of what happened with 2.1. However I held off upgrading my site from 2.0 to 2.1 for some time, due to the fact that my directory has mods/customizations. I was just about to begin the process of upgrading to 2.1 when 2.2 appeared on the horizon!

I have a 2.1 version ready to go (I will be using a new sub-domain as part of site re-organization) and just need to add listings. However I have been holding off doing so for 2.2 version.

Can we have some indication if we are looking at days/weeks/months?

I'm sure that 2.2 version will provide better integration with the rest of my site which is Joomla based; especially if there is a bridge so that users can have the same login/password :)

HEhe, I'm really very glad this thread is not actual anymore. We have released our RC version and I hope it will not take rather much time to release our stable package. We will see if the guys find any bugs (that's a pity I know they will find :( ).
