i have just purchased a 1 domain licence for the eSyndiCat Pro package, i have recieved the invoice reciept for the payment, but i have hurd no more after that, how do i download the software??
Ive tried registering for a support ticket account, but the Cataphra keeps saying im wrong when im not, and your live chat is constantly full... can anyone direct me in the right place,

You should be able to download the script from http://www.esyndicat.com/downloads once your account is set. just login there and see if u have being activated. If not try and PM Simon

Have tried to use the live chat support, but everytime it just showes: Please wait for a site operator to respond (No mather how long i let the live chat window stay open still no reply status change)
Today the live chat seems to work again.... :-)

Probably, the operators was away - they are 100% live person ))) They need to sleep, to eat and other things, typical for humans ))

Working hours for operators...
Timezone +5
9AM - 6PM
Monday - Friday
So be sure you can talk to a live person during this time:)

yeah... well i tried constently from 2PM - 10:30PM but i never managed to get through once...
A suggestion for you may be that i know from using them that many ONline help systems such as that have varied Images for online and offline, yet yours seems to be online 24/7 regardless of anyone being there or not. I dont mean that as to put you lot down, only as sonthing to concider, as it would save much fustration from customers thinking that there is someone there as it says its online, yet in truth there being no one there to help you with your problems.
