[help?] about categories list :: tree / dropdown

i am using 1.6 version of script as you guess i am a free user.
i ve a problem with categories list
i want them in a dropdown menu but i dont know how to do :(
searched forum for it but couldnt find any help with my version :(
please help me if you know how to do
