That you include the text 'AOL users please paste the above Url into your Internet Explorer browser.

Reason being although the support page comes up in the AOL browser, it will not allow you to sigh in, it fails each time.

Sorry for that. I tried to find out how to change that text or add anything to that. I can not understand that :( Kayako is a great software but seems to be a bit complicated
