Hosting new directory with budget package

I am willing to transfer mine directory (to esyndicat), mine directory will have image along every links. Just to have idea, how many categories and links i will able to have under 50MB space, assuming image along links ?

Second thing, how fast will be budget hosting, i mean on page loading , ect ?
