View Full Version : Adding Admin Comment to subject field of email

I have 2 other people helping me populate my directory. I have each person entering "Joe entered" or "Nicole entered" into the admin comment field. I was wondering if it was possible to pull the data in that field and have it appear in the subject line of the " Link was submitted " letter? This way all I need to do is sort the emails by subject to determine who did more, etc.
Thanks in advance!
Joe

Hi Joe,
Maybe it'll better to create 2 (Joe and Nicole) editors and then you will be able to sort out who did more.

John,
I've gone ahead and took your advice about creating two users. For the most part it works fine. But it's not perfect, or really helping me. I have 2 accounts (joe & nicole). It doesn't which login entered the data, it is sent to both email accounts. So now I actually have to login to the other email account and erase the entries that don't actually count for that person.
I hope that made sense.
Would it be possible to add the user name to the begining of the email that's sent to the admin?
Has anyone else dealt with this and if so, could you share?
