Price for template conversion

I have a project posted on GetAFreelancer for a conversion of an HTML file to a template file to work with the directory and I was wondering if anyone here can recommend a fair price to pay. I have no idea how much work is involved.

I think it is better if you hire some one who is familiar with eSynidcat Product.

So, the best way is to hire one who stick around on this forum. (WTM)
