How do I modify my current template?

Hi everyone,

I am as new as they get. I have no idea how to modify the green leaves template I currently have. I specifically wat to remove the esyndicate logo and some esyndicate text from my directory.

I emailed Michael and he said to to go the admin panel then browse but I can not get into those functions or at least I do not think I can get into those functions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
