I just signed up for the budget hosting plan.

I didn't receive any sort of confirmation of my order via email. I tried emailing your sales and support departments, but the email bounced:

And your Live Chat function just sits and spins. No one is answering there, either.

So I'm hoping I can get some of my questions answered here.

1. Your page on hosting seemed to indicate that you would assist with setup and maintenance of the directory script. Is this correct?

2. How would I set up domains? I have no info for DNS settings for this hosting plan.

3. I have two sql dumps, but am having no luck importing either one into esyndicat. Can you assist with this? Since your email is down, how can I get them into your hands?

One of my domains is completely down (and has been for the last few days) while I try to get this issue resolved. I would appreciate your prompt assistance.

Please let me know if there's another way I can reach someone, as email and chat have been ineffective for me. Is there a temporary alt email? An IM client?
