No emails and links displaying as -1

Hello,
I am using Esyndicat Pro 2.1. I am not receiving admin emails. It is enabled and I am super admin. Emails to users are going out though.

Secondly, links on my homepage are displaying as -1. For instance, some categories say "category(-1)".

How can I fix these two problems? Thank you in advance :) .

Open your admin panel of eSyndiCat:
Admin Panel » Manage Admins » Edit
Submission Notification: enable

Admin Panel » Manage Database » Check consistency » LINKS COUNT : REBUILD

#1 - Going to the manage admins page shows that submission notification is enabled. However, when going to the edit page, it shows that neither are enabled. Either way, I have enabled it numerous times and it still will not work.

#2 - I have followed the steps and it is still showing as -1.

#1 Do you apply our patch 2.1.03?

#2 Try to clear all cache.
