sign in field does not display

My sign up field does not show on my page. I can't find a way to enable it. Also I cannot seem to use but a couple of templates that are available. I just had my script installed and new to this. Theres a couple I would like to test but they either don't show up or they look different.

Admin Panel » Configuration » Editors Configuration
You can download templates here: http://www.esyndicat.com/shop/ .Please use templates compatible with your version. If you use Pro2.1.03 you're able to use any template intended for Pro2.1.xx version. Also clean cash (Admin Panel » Manage Cache) after changing templates.
