Cross Link to Another Category

I have had a mod installed to allow a link to be listed in 3 categories. I am just trying to figure out how to change the wording that appears on the Suggest Link page. The wording I want to change is "Cross link to another category". How do I do this?

Can you explain in more details? What wording do you want to change?

The wording is on this page:

And you will have to click on Featured Link for it to display. It will be just above the Title field and the words are "Cross link to another category".
