How do I order hosting from you?

I'm interested in either the Budget/Pro hosting plan, but I don't see any order link for either one on your site.

Please advise.

Also if I start off with Budget hosting and my traffic goes up and I want to upgrade to Pro, is it easy for me to transfer my files to Pro hosting? Will there be any downtime?

You can start from Budget and later just upgrade your plan. No problems will be and no downtime.
