2 Newbie questions

I apologize if this is posted in the wrong section. I'm having 2 problems and I hope that the experience of this forum can help me with them.

1. I've changed the Google AdSense code in the 2 google tmp files. I don't understand why I continue to get a banner for "Manage Engine Service Desk"? I'm attaching the file in case I described in incorrectly.

2. How can I change the meta description and keywords on the homepage? It's not that I don't love this application. I'd would just like to continue with the site branding and I can't change those 2 fields.

Admin Panel » Configuration » Financial Configuration
Your Google Adsense code
Save Changes
