noob need cron job help.

Hi guys need some urgent help. First i would like to let you know that i am a total noob.

Ok I use Pro 2.1.03 and host my site (http://www.ebjuris.com) with dream host. and would like to set up a cron job. i know there is an explanation here (http://www.esyndicat.com/support/desk/knowledgebase/view/7.html) about how to do it. the problem is dreamhost does not use Cpanel. i tried to follow dreamhost wiki instruction (http://wiki.dreamhost.com/Cron) but failed to get it right. As i said above i am a noob to the whole idea so it could be my fault.
eg of what i did

i added#!/usr/local/bin/php -q
to incldues/cron.php and uploaded a text file that has this code

0 * * * * wget http://www.ebjuris.com/includes/cron.php

trying to run this i get this error

-bash: 0: command not found
so please if any1 is using dreamhost and manged to set it right let me know how to do it. or if esyndicat team can help i would be greatfull.
