How to change titel, description, keys in the link detail page

Can you tell me where I can change the TITEL
for the LINK Details Pages as e.g.

http://www.creditlink.de/kreditkarten/Kreditkarte-l4.html

Like to get rid of the << sign and change titel

<title>Kreditkarten Anbieter « Link ansehen&nbsp;</title>

<meta name="description" content="" />
<meta name="keywords" content="" />

How can i get the meta description and keywords in the detail page ???
