Greetings

Recently we see a lot of unanswered topics here in the forums and as a fact we have a lot of disappointed customers who don't get reply to their question. I think we need to make a clarification here - Forums is more a place for esyndicat customers to collaborate and not to get the technical help from the Support Team.
If you have any bug reports, need technical help - we highly recommend to submit a ticket in our helpdesk as it's the right place to get technical support.

Also there will be changes in the support system soon, including the introduction of premium support for expedited solutions.
