Database backup timeout?

Hi All,

I'm way back in pro verion 1.1. On trying to backup my database files and structure with the "Backup Tool" I get:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 15 seconds exceeded in /home/u1/headstart/html/escpro11/admin/manage-database.php on line 334

What to do (other than upgrade - too busy to deal with it now)?

Edit your /etc/php.ini and increase the maximum execution time of your php scripts.
For ex.

Code:

max_execution_time = 300

or try to contact with your hosting company.

i am also getting same issue . But i did not find /etc/php.ini in my file manager. i have also submitted ticket . But no reply till yet.

If that's not your own server you won't be able to edit this file.
You should contact your hosting provider.
