Hello to everybody!
It seems like some of the install requests are missing. And we can't install our script for all of customers. POST HERE YOUR INSTALLATION REQUESTS. Please do not post your cpanel information and etc... here at this thread. (security reasons to protect you) Private message the information needed as stated below, to: http://www.esyndicat.com/forum/priva...o=newpm&u=8261 or http://www.esyndicat.com/support/des...kets&_a=submit under installation requests section The order is follow #1. Post here request about installation. #2. Send to my PM next details: i) If you have not control panel (or have it and want not provide us with such information) FTP details: 1. hostname 2. username 3. password 4. folder for installation in ftp 5. Assumed URL to your future directory MySQL database details: 1.database host 2.database username 3.database name 4.database password Your www.esyndicat.com paid account (probably you have several accounts) ii) If you have control panel and entrust our support Control Panel details: 1.hostname (i.e. URL to cpanel) 2. username 3. password FTP details: 1. Folder in ftp for installation 2. URL to your future directory Your www.esyndicat.com paid account. NOTE 1: If you intend to install eSyndicat in your root. And your root in ftp already contains other files and folders, be sure that all of them have different names from eSyndicat files and folders. NOTE 2: Be sure, that your server meets our software requirements in accordance with: http://www.esyndicat.com/product.html THE SPEED OF INSTALL PROCEDURE PRIMARY DEPENDS ON YOUR CORRECT AND COMPLETE INFORMATION IN REQUEST ! BE CAREFUL! I will notify about install process and send it to via PM. I supposed, that there is objective and public process. Thanks! I know you guys installed this once but as I stated on another post, I had a major problem with my registrar and the DS they gave me. I need it installed again. I know you guys are busy but I am willing to pay extra and will be eternally grateful.. :-)I sent you my CP details... Thanks |

I initially purchased an unlimited license for eSyndiCat about 1/8/07.... ================================================== ====== I on the same day, I requested an install and migration. I am sorry for this last reply, probably, there was problem with email. I just have installed eSyndicat for you, please, test it: I will migrate your database to eSyndicat in the nearest time and let you know about. Sorry again, thanks! ================================================== ====== Today is 3/7/07 and I'm still waiting on the migration... Michael, No disrespect intended, but that's 1 day shy of (2) months. Can I respectfully ask when I can expect the migration to be completed? Greg White |

Need Installation, please.
My IT guy left today for 4 days. He was ready to install it yesterday, but I found out product wasn't an instant download after I purchased it. I sent pm to Michael with FTP info. Let me know if I need to pm someone different or if you need additional info. I hope this is the correct way to do this. Thank you, Bob |

how should I request the script to be setup?..if the ticket system is close and we can only get in touch with sales?

I really don't think you should post your FTP and Cpanel credentials here. You've just given anyone who sees this complete access to upload or do anything they want to your site. I suggest you remove them (for security reasons) And also change the passwords.
