Hi all,
I would like to announce eSyndicat.net directory launch. It's a directory of eSyndiCat directory software websites. Please choose the most appropriate category for your website and submit your link. We will approve them asap. The more customized site is the better chance it has to be listed above other listings.
Note submission is completely free and requires no payment at all. It's a life time submission.

If i have "general directory" Where should i suggest it? There are a lot of categories but not one for "General Directory"

What about "suggest category". (After all you are in directory submission business?)

That's what, i was trying to do. BTW, I started using Mozilla Firefox 2.0 and it can't display "suggest link" and "suggest category" Properly. That's why i did it here.

Simon, now that you are running a kind of a general directory with free public submissions, I hope you will soon realize that it is crucial to have the ability to have the category suggestion on website submission form.

Most people don't bother to suggest new category, because they have no way of knowing when it was approved. Some directories take months to approve, no one has time to monitor whether the category was finally approved, so that they can submit. So instead all prefer to submit right now, even if it was to a wrong category.

I understand it might be technically complicated.

But now that you are in the same shoes as we directory owners, I hope you will see why we have asked for that feature in the past

Hi Tom,
You are right. Now I do see some ways to improve the script. As I always say - there is nothing impossible with eSyndiCat. I think we will make a feature to suggest category during submission in our future versions.

ALl of them have been approved. Besides there are some more categories now for the submission - Web Directories under Computers/Internet category.
