Hi
I have been experimenting with the broken links check settings, particularly the 'Available for visitors only' setting. Based on my reading of the forums I thought I understood what it was supposed to do, and that if I set it to: checking for broken links = enabled, and Available for visitors only = disabled. Then I expected that if I as Administrator tried to add a link it would check the destination url and if it was broken then it would not let me add the link. But when I test adding a link, the administrator is allowed to add, irrespective of what the "Available for visitors only" equals. Is this a bug? Am I not understanding how this works? Am I doing something wrong? regards Mark |
