2 Problems After Upgrading to 1.2 pro

I have these 2 problems after upgrading from 1.1 to 1.2 pro

1)
On "Manage Modules" I got the following message:

Warning: main(../plugins/simg/meta.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/boom/public_html/admin/manage-modules.php on line 93

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '../plugins/simg/meta.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/boom/public_html/admin/manage-modules.php on line 93

Note: There's no directory simg on the downloaded package

I cannot see the little thumb next to the site on the listings... How Can I enable that? Captcha is enabled but nothing is showing...

Modules are mostly reserved for the future use. Later I will create new modules and you will install them. There is no need to use this functionality in our current version.

2: it's not captcha. It's ALexa thumbs. They should be enabled on your admin panel -> configuration -> Link Details page
