You should not be concerned at all. We are in business for more than 5 years and we really had good and bad times in support Greg, David know this. Anyway, we are still in business and not going to stop development and support in any way.
I see a lot of posts here related to this, but we set a higher level of priority for our helpdesk and now we have much less tickets. That's the reason for some answered posts here.

Thanks for your feedback This guy wrote to me personally and got reply within few minutes.

Note we don't provide support on weekends and we work in +5 GMT. This could be a reason for delay sometimes.

Yep. There's been some bad times but I would say the good times out number the bad times. Kinda like life. There's the good and the bad times. Trouble is with the internet, it's a "I want it now" attitude.

I've been one of your biggest critics when support is lacking. But I hope you took/take it as constructive criticism.

Hell, I wouldn't of hung around this place for the last 5 years if I didn't believe you guys created a great script and are some of the few good guys out here in this wacky world of the internet.

Life has has it's up and downs. I'm waiting myself for the "up" period in my life again.

This old guy best quit rambling on.
